Terms of service

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms apply when you use StackerDecks: the website, the Stackit browser extension and decks embedded on other sites. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Pick a username that is not misleading and does not impersonate anyone.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. So that we can run the service, you give us permission to store, display and distribute your decks and collections as you set them (public, unlisted or draft), including when you or others embed them on other sites. You can delete your content at any time.

Content from other sites

Stackit collects posts and media that other people published. Only capture what you have the right to share, and respect the rights and terms of the sites you capture from. Where possible, StackerDecks shows media through the original service's own embed, with a link back to the source.

If you believe something on StackerDecks infringes your rights, email info@stackerdecks.com with the deck link and what you own, and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not use StackerDecks to:

  • post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that threatens anyone;
  • infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • spread malware or spam, or mislead people about where content comes from;
  • break, overload or get around the security of the service, or scrape it at scale.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Embedding

You may embed public and unlisted decks on your own site using the embed code we provide. Do not alter how an embedded deck works or remove its attribution.

The service

We are building and improving StackerDecks and may change or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content that users capture or publish.

Ending

You can stop using StackerDecks and delete your account at any time. We may end access for accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users.
